89 302 big problems running help please
Well i bought an 89 bronco for 700 dollars the 4x4 worrd and it had nice rims so i figured i woudl jsut swap motors well i swaped the block the block came from a 87 grand marquee but it was the same block jstu diff spark plugs basically. well after i got it all put together. it ran jstu fien it idalls? cant sepll sry heh it ideals great but when you sart moving it has no get up and go and then it will run for about 5 mins the it will make a sound(it sounds like a blow off or releaf of air preasure) then the engine compartment fills with smoke and the truck dies then sometimes it will start back up then it wont. i changed the egr valve that did nothing what else could it be?

my last question is why would the spark plug cellinoid burn off or melt off completely because i changed the spark plugs and the back drivers side spark plug was literly metled burned off eeheew heh i dont kno thank you
