Battery drain

I have been trying to trace a battery drain problem. When my truck is off, I have a 400mA constant drain on the battery. I removed every fuse to try to determine which circuit is causing the drain. That didn't work, so I started to look under the hood at the fuses and relays. When I removed the fuel pump relay, the drain current went to 0mA. Does anybody have any ideas as to what could be causing this... A fuel pump? Fuel safety cutoff switch? The truck has dual fuel tanks and three fuel pumps.

try unplugging the ignition switch and see if it goes away. it worked on a 79 iI had to work on. I realize yours is much newer, but the Ign switch still controls that fuel relay
