Won't run ,Need opinion

My 2001 F-350 7.3L powerstroke (won't run) I drove to work last Saturday & it ran fine, but when I was getting ready to leave it would not start.
It cranks over & over so that eliminates the batteries & the starter.I drained the fuel filter thinking it might have water in fuel, but it does not.

I need help on trying to figure out what is wrong with this rig.
It acts like it is not getting fuel.
Any pointers would really be appreciated.

I towed it to the dealer on Saturday, the temperature outside was 25 degrees.

I went over this morning & tried to start it.
It started right up,the temperature today is 35 degrees.

I almost bet it is the glow plugs.
Does anyone know how much it will cost to get all of them replaced?

I just got the news from the tech working on it.

The cam sensor has failed
It is covered under the 5 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, but I must pay the $ 100.00 deductible.

I guess it could have been worse, thanks everyone for all the input.

For about $80 you can get that sensor from a International Dealer and install it your self. Also I would be a good idea to get one and keep it in the glove box just in case.
