i kicked around the idea before i re-did a hard top i found. seems like everyone liked the best top alot. the looked pretty nice back when i was researching it. hard top vs soft top, tough decision. i thought that when i did the hard top i would take it off in the summer and put a bikini top on. i think it is too hard to take the hard one off and on (without scratching it up). think i am going to get the sliding side windows this summer. already have the gas shocks for the back lift glass so i can drive with it open. never happy i guess.

Both the STC and the Bestop soft tops have their advantages. The STC has larger windows, and is a little lower profile.
The Bestop doesn't require holes drilled in the tub for the door frames, but has a pretty large windshield riser Both have gone to the zip out windows which is a definite plus.
I have a STC on mine and so far I have been pretty happy with it.
It is the second one I've had.
