Hi again CAC line that was resecured by ford twice is still leaking now more than ever What could be the problem Any Thoughts?

The hoses that connect the CAC to the y-pipe and to the cooler are always grimy and dirty, this is normal due to the fact that the breather picks up oil from the left valve cover and sends it through the intake system. If it is literally running out like an oil leak, then you may have a problem with the turbo itself or a loose clamp.

It leaves a half dollar sized spot every place you park and the valley has a lot of oil in it. new engine all oiled up frustrating

If the valley is all wet I'd lean toward the high pressure oil lines first. I see those leaking all the time.

That is not coming from the CAC. The most common leaks (that fill the valley) are the turbo pedestal o-rings, the high pressure oil lines, and the injection pressure regulator o-rings.

Your best bet is to soak up as much oil as you can from the valley, and give the engine a good washdown with simple green and low pressure rinse. Then crank it up and see where it's really coming from. We'll be able to walk you through resealing any of it, or at least telling your dealer where to get off.

thanks cookie I'll try that Do you suggest trying to fix the leak myself Probably be easier than going to the dealer 12 times
As i think this dealer isnt very good with PSD
And the one I bought it from is 40 miles away and they failed the first 2 times

Depends on your skill level. There's no real technical expertise neccessary, but if the pedestal o-rings are leaking you will have to remove the turbo, which is a time consuming job the first couple of times you do it.

Still, it beats a long drive to the dealer for no results.
