It's Ordered!
I took the plunge last night and ordered my 02.
I'm getting an F350 4x4 Crew Cab, long bed, XLT with the Power Stroke and 6 speed manual.
I got the camper package, roof lights and 12,500 lb. receiver.
I never thought I'd go for the diesel but after driving a few and talking to a couple of owners about towing abilities and mileage , I went diesel. I had a 1999 sd cc with the v-10 and was not overly impressed with its towing abilities in hilly terrain.
Now the wait begins. Dealer says 6-8 wks.
Thanks to all who responded to my question posts on crew cab long bed turning radius and my axle ratio question on the diesel board.
