Just letting everyone know about an upcoming car show, it will be held April 17th at Campus High school in Haysville, Ks. (55th st. so. and Meridian) It is put on by the Campus Cruizers (school car club)

I plan on attending since my son (freshman) is involved with the car club, he will have his El Camino there, and I plan on having the truck ready.

I know some are heading down to Houston for a show there, but for those that want something more local, this is the one!

 

Yup, yup, going to Houston that day. Actually, I will be driving through Wichita about 8:30 fri morning!! Anyone care to meet me for a cup of Java?

Mark, since your taking the turnpike you will pass within 2 miles of my house! But since Ive been on overtime I doubt Ill have Friday off!

If we are still working OT even taking a Saturday off is a major ordeal!

I would love to, I get off work at 7 am, that morning. As the time gets closer, I'll get you my email so we can exchange info and get in touch. And as the turnpike goes, you could probably throw rocks at my house from there, it's only about a block from my house.

Mitch, if possible, I would like to go to the show with you. I support anything that gets the youth of today into cars.

No, we can do that, it sounds like fun. Maybe we could have a GTG right there on the turnpike, have the whole chapter there. LOL.

Why did it have to be that day???? It's our anniversary and the wife would kill me. I would do it if she worked that day but she took vacation so we could do something.
