Yeah. I've never done anything like these headers before. That's why I posted before that I was dreading it. But it turned out to be pretty easy. Just time consuming really.
The tires are the only issue. I will have to extend the stop bolts just a little bit. I'm guessing I'll lose about 2 degrees of turning radius each way.

I plan on having the exhaust exit just in front of the rear tires. The mufflers will be under the cab, outside the frame, and the exahust will continue back and then just turn out somewhere in front of the rear wheelwell. One of the things I wanted to accomplish was to have the entire exhaust system, including the headers, be a straight as possible.
The clearance between the headers and the front tires won't be muh of a concern. I will have the suspension travel accounted for when I set the stop bolts. If you can believe it, the tires will turn nearly all the way without hitting the headers as long as it's sitting level. I think that is due to the extra width of the D60 front axle. It's only when the tires are turned to the stops, and the suspension is compressed that I have clearance issues.
The height of the headers is great. The lowest point on these is still higher than they would have been if I went inside the frame. I would have been forced to go under the bellhousing crossmember. This way they go no lower than the "belly" of the main frame rails.
Thanks for the compliments guys.
