Codes 181 and 172

Codes 181 and 172
Hello everyone,
I am working on my daughters 92 explorer. I scanned it and came up with two codes.
KOEO codes
"181 Fuel system at rich adaptive limit at part throttle system lean bank 1."
KOER codes
"172 lack of heated Oxygen sensor switches indicates lean bank 1"
I started looking into her truck because when it would get hot, then she would stop for a half hour, it was really hard to start. Acted like an old carburation system with a stuck choke. Truck also pings up hills, regardless of grade of gas.
After readiing all of the posts, I am not sure if I am looking at the intake manifold issue or possibly the IAC? I did pull the MAF and sprayed with carb cleaner. I also pulled the battery cables to reset the computer. No change.
Appreciate any help on where to start and what the codes are telling me.

Hey, If anyone ever runs into these codes, the IAC took care of it. Plus do NOT buy from the dealer. Dealer quote was $109.
My local parts store had the IAC for $65.
This is a GREAT forum, I would never have even LOOKED at the IAC if I didn't have all of this information.
