noisy front axle
I have had front end noises. It was tracked down to worn front ball joints. Spring noise can be dealt with (although not always effectively) with new spring isolator bushings.
Check your shocks for play at the bushings. Same with your sway bar.
Describe the noises and in what conditions they happen, please.
Mine squeaks when you stop go or just get in or out it it definately spring related.
let me explain, i live in louisiana, the roads are soooooooo rough that its as if driving OFF ROAD everyday, any decents bump causes my truck to squek and alot of shock noise/leaf springs bushing noise, i have greased everything with in sight, including the leaf spring bushings, this doesn't help any. Another note for u guys that wonder what way to do your exaust. i have had flowmaster and borla mufflers in a cat back system. i have just resently took the borla muffler off and went with straight pipe.
sounds alot better compared to the others

I took my Y2K f250 in for 30k service and complained about creaking/squeaking in the front end. The service droid told me there is a TSB about it. They installed teflon spacers (there dime) and walla! no squeak. Check into it. -Jaseun
