can anyone check order status
Hi guys, this is my first post in your great forum! I've been reading it for about a month now. I ordered an '04 4X2 Lariat SuperCrew on Jan 5th. I was told that it would take about 6 weeks. After reading some of the posts I'm starting to worry that it might be much longer. I called my dealer today and they said that a vin# has been assigned. 1FTPW125X4KC29159 Does anyone have the ability to check the order status and let me know when I might get my truck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Theres a couple of individuals on the forums that have been really helpful. If you take a look you'll see a ton of requests (including mine) for a VIN check. They have access to the status of the vehicles scheduled to be built.

neither i nor the dealer can get anything out of ford. the hotline keeps giving me the runaround telling me to talk to dealership. and they are getting it to, from the regional ford rep. found out yesterday that its finally scheulded to be built on feb. 2nd.

qtrhrse, I checked the hotline and they told me that my truck is scheduled to be built on Feb 2nd. Does that mean it's a done deal or can they stiil put me off? And does anyone know how long it takes for the truck to get to the dealer once it's built? I think it's being built in Kansas City and I'm in Mississippi.
