what gears do you have? -if 3.08- upgrade to 3.73 or 4-10's or electric fans

gears and a converter, you will want to get a tune at the same time. <!-- edited -->

what is the overall height of those 22"'s versus the oem tires? that may be negating your 3.55 gears

What air intake system did you put in your truck? I have a similar truck, but mine is 4X4.

Swap?

Could swap a 4.6L from a wrecked mustang. Nah, doubt youd do that with all your mods, besides a chip/programmer, the fans def. would be a good idea. Maybe some high-slow cats? Droppin those slug 3.55s would help. "Money is power, how much do ya want to spend?" Could tear into the engine, but it wont be cheap. Headers would be a good idea too.
