1977 F250 Carb Choke Diaphragm

I have a 1977 F250 with the 460CI mill and a Motorcraft 4350D carb. The choke mechanism has a small vacuum operated dashpot on it that appears to lock the choke in the choked position until the engine starts and then releases the choke mechanism when manifold vacuum builds up.

Well, the vacuum dashpot has blown the diaphragm and leaks so I have disconnected it. Does anyone know where to get replacements for these parts? I have tried a few auto parts stores and they don't know where to get them.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks!
