315/75/16 or 16.5x12.5
16.5 is a bead lock wheel I beleave. So it is more likely to come off the bead with lower air presure. (very low) The guy at the tire shop said that they will be fine down to about 20 psi. Thats what I run in the sand if I haul a trailer. He said He drove around town for a day with them at 20 psi with no problem.
Sorry for my rambaling but in short the 16.5's would be more prone to come off the bead.

a 315/75/16 is the metric verson of a 35x12.50x16.5. i have a 02 f250 with a 4" lift and run the 315's. if you plan on lifting and running a larger tire then a 315 or 35 i would recomend you go with the 16.5" wheels just because there are alot more tire options. i'm not sure but you might be able to get a hevier ply tire in the 16.5" because it's been around alot longer.
