well here in central texas it is pretty hard to find a Dana 60 cheap i am looking for a good cheap place that isnt far to drive to get one(cheap) i realy want disc's and have a 44hd to swap or what ever.............i have one truck i want to go look at for the drivetrain hopeing for a 60 but i know it wont come cheap ....doesnt need to be new or rebuilt or have lockers or anything just wont one that i can bolt under my Highboy perferably disc's.......any help........i got some 36 tires i am trying to sell to hopefully pay for it.......where where ?

 

whats your idea of cheap? around san antonio you cant touch them for under $1000 thats why i am using rockwells i got them for 500 a set i bought the whole trucks for that price. i know someone that has a couple dana 60s he sells them for around 1200 a peice though

 

I am hopeing cheaper than that.......

 

search papers and such to find a rusted old beat up pickup... Often you can grab the entire vehicle for under 1k and yank the axle out of it. Just be patient and keep searching.
