Diagram for Neutral Safety Switch/Backup switch, 73 F350
My 1973 F350 Camper Special (auto on column) recently decided not to turn over. I found the problem to be the actuating arm for the Neutral Safety/backup light switch. The arm had fallen or broken off. I removed the switch and have it fixed in the position for "Park" temporarily. I understand that the backup lights also work off this switch. Which wires are which?
Also, where would I get wiring diagrams for this truck?
Thanks,
Salty

Possibly. Also, with the key in run position, one of the wires will be hot. This is the feed for the back-up lights. And for years, Ford has used blue/red or red/blue(can't remember which) for the neutral start circuit. And the switch will have two of these the same color(one's in, the other is out to the starter).
