Power windows/mirror gremlin
Hey folks,
First post to this list. Seemed a more appropriate forum for my question. I have a 01 F250XLT CC 4x4 7.3 diesel, auto, w/21k. I have a very intermittent problem with the drivers side power window and both mirrors. Occassionally I lose the power mirrors. Both go dead, but will beging working again on their on accord. Also, sometimes the auto down feature on the drivers side window won't work. Try it again a little while later (hours) and it works fine.
Also, everytime I drive the truck I will at least once get a single click/tick noise when I turn the steering wheel. Seems to eminate from the column.
Anyone else have gremlins like this?
Small problems in the grand scheme I admit, but hey, when you drop 34k+ for a pick-up, everything should work perfectly.
