I actually seen this truck in a magazine about 6 years ago. I loved it then, and I still love it know. I think that it would be able to tow quite abit with the traction it should have. and also the V10.
Does that rear end float? Ever driven a twin axel rear over a sharp edge? I have.
That truck is a gimmick, useful only to separate gullible truck fanatics from their money. I hesitate to say "hard earned" money, becuase anyone who knew how to work hard would probably be smart enough to avoid wasting it in that manner. There are a few rare instances where such a truck would be truely useful -- a VERY heavy fifth wheel, such as a grain trailer or very large camper. But such a trailer would have to always be driven on flat/pavement surfaces -- which seldom occurs in real world circumstances.
Sorry to sound critical -- there's a reason that small trucks (yes, that's still a "small" truck in the grand scheme of things) don't have twin screws and tag axels. If you havn't heard those terms, then you shouldn't covet a truck that has them. Perhaps there is a reason that it remained a concept and not reality -- some senior engineer or guru nixed it.
