For some odd reason I am having a hard time finding Step shields for a 02 Supercrew. I tired to buy some a few months ago from Truck expressions and at that point Auto Venshade did not manufacture any but they have them for 04 Supercrews.
I was just thinking about buying two sets for a extended cab and and cut the one set for the back.
I ordered mine from JCWhitney and they sent me the ones for the supercrew, so I had to send them back. I could have sold them to you!!
Autozone and PepBoys usually have them too. If you get two sets for a supercab it will cost twice as much
Not Exactly. By step shields I am referring to a pcs of plastic or aluminum that goes on the side of the cab where you open your doors. On the Screw the factory ones are about an inch wide and 10 inches long. The purpose is to protect the paint on your cab from your feet scuffing when you jump into your truck. I hope this clarifies.
You were talking about the sill plates. I found those too at JCWhitney, but it looks like you're right. Nothing for the the supercrews, only superduty supercrews. Didn't look to close, maybe its listed and I missed it.
Thanks for the input. I checked JC Whitney and no Super crew. I guess I will have to look at my buddy's 2000 extended cab and verify that the sills are the same and then I will just cut them.
