This is a great forum!!! My 96 Eddie Baurer EATC is blowing hot all of the time. I performed the self test and got code 125. I don't see any codes with just 125 either in my data or on this forum. All of the blower speeds and vent/defrost/panel etc selections seem to work/switch fine. I am begining to guess that I have a blend door problem. Great data in the "free blend door fix". I want to be sure. Any advice. THANKS!!!

 

reg my problem above...also the eatc only blows cool in max ac. From what i've read this furhter lends itself to th eblend door problem.

 

It's your blend door. Try the free fix at the top of the forum. I did it a month ago and is an excellent fix!!

remove glove box door. remove glove box. look at the black air duct. see the blend door actuator motor. look at the shaft going into the black duct, thats where the door is that mixes hot and cold air.
