Confounded Ford electircal systems!
I have finally gotten tired of having the ignition in the "On" position to listen to the radio and use other features that normally work when in the "ACC" position. But my "ACC" position doesn't seem to work. I have time tomorrow so I'm going to take off the bottom cover of the column and start digging. Any suggestions before I go to work?

Begin with disconnecting the negative battery cable, then the positive. Allow time for the airbag system to loose power(2 minutes?)
Get a manual to find out which one is the ACC circuit. My 97 is A-4.
