Hello guys I have a 98 4.0 that I have put a Comp Cams 410 cam in.When I first started it up I could hear alot of valve noise but this is to be expected when you are brakeing in a new engine.However I have about 120 miles on the truck and the noise has not gone away.I pulled the drivers side valve cover and found that there is play in the push rods.When I installed the new heads I found that the machine shop had swaped over the old valve springs and not installed new ones.So the question that I have is has anyone performed this install and problems with this noise.
