just wondering i can move my fan up and down a little should i change my water pump. i hear a whinning sound but i can't tell where it's comming from. MERRY CHRISTMAS HAPPY NEWYEAR

 

Is there any fluid coming out of the weep hole ?

 

no fluid just the whinning. seems to run fine.
