Water pump removal

Hello everyone!, Question, I have an F-1 and will be replacing the two water pumps. The truck originally had a 6. A V8 flathead was installed. As it appears, the pumps are part of the motor mounting to the frame. Is there an easy way to change the pumps, or should I just block and raise the engine up?

You have to block and raise the engine.
There is a bolt INSIDE the water outlet, don't forget to remove it.

Make sure when you replace that bolt inside the water pump outlet, put anti-sieze on it.
