Hey I have a 2024 f250 and it is deleted. It had sucked an air filter inwards but didn't inhale any material. I now have a check engine light and a pop up message every time I let of the gas it says
"engine air filter system fault"
i am stuck I have replaced charge air temp sensor, map,MAF,and put another stock intake back on have cleared codes many time but keeps coming back the code is P012A. I would appreciate
From Google AI, so take it for what it's worth (nothing)
Code P102A indicates a turbocharger pressure sensor A circuit issue
Check Sensor Connection: Inspect the connector at the turbocharger inlet pressure sensor for corrosion or loose wires.
Inspect Wiring Harness: Look for frayed or damaged wiring between the sensor and PCM.
Check for Other Codes: Check for associated boost pressure (P012C/P012B) codes to help narrow down if the signal is low or erratic.
Sensor Replacement: If wiring is intact, replacing the turbo/supercharger inlet pressure sensor often resolves the issue. Quick Reply
So it sounds like the fault is associated with the turbo, which from what you posted, you have not replaced those sensors.
Also, make sure no material got ingested into the turbo or leaks in the piping to the turbo. If you pulled the filter in, it could have caused a problem between the filter and the turbo as well...
