I have watched him fix tons of cars without having to buy any parts at all.
Usually, he removes the Chinese stuff that was on the vehicle, and puts the OEM parts back on it, then he starts the Diagnosis process.
You would surprised at how many folks stuff the OEM parts in the new parts box, and toss it on the passenger side floorboard.

Good video demonstrating the little known or used voltage drop test. Also interesting how the problem was at the other end of the cable, not the end most assume is the only place there could be a problem.
