I've got a '78 E100 4 speed with this circuit problem. All exterior light circuits function except the turn signal flashers. I've tryed putting a new circuit unit in the steering column to no avail. When I turn on the headlights the right flasher indicator in the dash comes on with a partial solid light. Anyone with similiar experiences? Suggestions.
