59 Merc in 63 F-250

Hello, Will I have any problems installing 59 Mecrury car 312 heads on a 63 truck 292. The 292 heads have five burnt exhaust valves and require major machine work to be saved. I have just bought a fresh 312 that has sat in a shop with the heads off for 3 years and it has some minor cylinder rust but it should clean up fine. A set of heads came with the engine but they have no rockershafts or arms. Can I use the 292 rocker assembly and pushrods on the 312 heads and install them on my 292 while I'm going over the 312? By fresh I mean new rings, bearings, ect. You know, the project that was started but not finished. Thank you for any advice.

What casting ID are the heads?

Some 312's used used a high lift rocker assembly which will work fine on a 292 and give you an additional .050 lift.

Conversely the 292 setup will work on any head.
