I want to add additional brake and turn light to the rear of my camper. My 2024 F350 throws a code and the lights don't work. Is there anything I can do to make it work? I can add some relays and get the 12v power from the camper but that seems like a lot to go through
So, let me get this straight...you wired in extra stop/running lights to the existing ones, with the existing trailer wiring, and it now doesn't work? That makes no sense to me. Truck wont care about that. Some trailers have more lights and types than others. You sure you didn't cross some wires somewhere?

Having a hard time picturing your setup. Can you post a photo of the electrical connection between your truck and camper how you are hooking them up?
I'm not at the truck to get a pic. I have the camper plugged into the 7 pin in the bed of the truck and the added lights plugged into the 4 pin on the back of the camper. I think I might Hardwire them and see what happens

to be clear
you have a slide in camper in the truck or is it a trailer plugged into the 7 pin at the bumper area? thats a bit of info we need to solve the equation
if you have a slide in camper plugged into the trucks 7 pin camper receptacle in the bed, then you plugged lights into an AUXILIARY 4 pin trailer connector that is ON THE SLIDE IN CAMPER rear area correct???
and the lights dont work.....thats probably not a TRUCK issue as much as its a slide in camper wiring issue
did you check those 4 wires to see how or where they connected to the slide in campers wiring?
and if its a pull me trailer, did you check the the 4 pin connector for how its wired as well.
