Steering column swap

I have a 1983 E350 Step Van. I was going to replace the turn signal switch and found that a previous owner had broken off and tried to drill out a set of puller bolts. Long story short I need a steering column for it. It is a stick shift on the floor.

Anyone know what will interchange ? I am struggling to find many vans that old in my local bone yards.
