This past Saturday, I installed 205/30 Holders injectors and a KC Jet fire stage 2 turbo on my 2007 F250 because I had two injectors go bad on me on a road trip the previous weekend. While I was doing that, I went and replaced all the sensors, seals and parts that you have access to while doing that project. Included in that list was the ICP and IPR sensors with new motorcraft parts (not the counterfeit stuff from eBay or Amazon) but I don't think the pressure on the ICP sensor is reading correctly. KOEO the sensor reads .24V and 314psi. What's odd is the voltage seems totally normal, it idles about .9V and will go up to 4.5V at WOT so that seems to be correct to me. However, the pressure shows 1110 psi on startup as well as hot idle and shows a maximum of 1900 psi at WOT. I also know that based on the chart that the other amazing members on this forum have provided that the pressure should be ~550psi at .9V and ~3800psi at 4.5V. I am wondering if I could've gotten a bad sensor? Is something bad in the PCM? I know the motorcraft ones usually don't fail right out of the box. I know it's common for wires to rub and short them out but when I had everything apart the harnesses looked good and didn't see any signs of them rubbing on anything. It is worth noting that before I did all this work the old ICP voltage and pressure read like it's supposed to. I did notice a tiny bit of oil on the connector when I took it off but wasn't bad yet so just replaced the sensor with the new motorcraft one and didn't think anything of it. I did have both batteries disconnected the entire time I did this project.
Another thing that is concerning is that my IPR shows 95% at WOT. I know this is generally a sign of a high-pressure oil leak so I'm really hoping I didn't pinch a seal or something on installation but I'm thinking (and hoping) this is being caused by the PCM not reading the ICP pressure correctly so it's commanding the IPR to close more than it actually needs to. Additionally, the IPR sits at 24% at hot idle and 15% KOEO now, I'm not sure if its reading 24% because the PCM thinks it has plenty of pressure at idle and isn't demanding more but i would think if had low pressure the truck wouldn't run well. The truck doesn't really run like it has a high-pressure oil leak though either, it does have a slightly long crank time cold or hot but it's under two seconds still so not crazy long. The only other thing is that it seems a lot more smokey (black smoke) than I would've thought and hoped running this setup and the reduced fuel tune from Gearhead. I'm not sure if this is normal for this tune/injector/turbo setup or not. I ran their tunes before the injectors failed and was pretty happy with them. I may just need to get a tune revision to solve the smokiness.
I would like to get some opinions on this before I either go buy a second ICP sensor or start tearing back into the high-pressure oil system. I do have FORscan so I am able to trouble shoot more with that if anyone has any suggestions on what to do/look for.

I was able to find out some more information, so I figured I'd send an update.
Regarding the ICP pressure, I finally found another forum post stating that Gearhead "spoofs" the pressure and you have to pay attention to the voltage. That would explain why the pressure isn't correlating with the ICP sensor voltage. I am still concerned about the IPR % hitting 95% though. I was under the impression that 85% was the max value. Is that something that the tune changes as well or is do I potentially still have an issue there?
Lastly, regarding the smokiness, I think there is potential that I am having issues with EBP sensor/tube. I am going to hook up to FORScan tonight and see if there is any discrepancy on the sensors. I did notice that I am only making 30psi of boost with the stage 2 turbo which is about the same as with the stock turbo so that could be a sign of EBP issue too. I don't see any visual soot coming off the up-pipe flange or anything so I don't think its leaking.
