I replaced my shoes, drum/rotors, hardware and pedal assy. Even have the measuring tool to set adjustment before I put the drum/rotor back on and I still have no parking brake. There is a good bit of slack in my park brake cable. How do I tighten up the slack to get a parking brake!!

I thought on back of drum there is an adjustment key you turn with a screw driver like a drum brake. Hope that helps.
You need to tighten the star adjuster on the back of the wheel. If that doesn't do it the cable is out of place somewhere or something was put back together wrong! Good luck.
If it's just a stretched (or possibly incorrect) cable, Google parking brake cable tensioner. But first, check the points where the cable jacket anchors under the truck, making sure they're all in good shape and none have corroded to where the jacket slips through.
