Question trailer hitch

I can get this hitch here in Germany, but I have no experience with those parts if it will fit.

Can someone please confirm that it will fit my 2006 F350 DRW 4x4?

Are you after the 45297 or the more heavy duty 45508? It looks like either will fit '05+

I don't think the rear framerails changed w DRW?

The 45297 and the 45508 are identical in every way, shape, form and rating.

The 45508 is not "more heavy duty" than the 45297.

As the image explains, there is no difference between the two other than brand name.

Both hitches are made and marketed by the same company. Reese and DrawTite have been owned by the same company for decades.

The hitch is no longer marketed under the Reese brand. It is now exclusively marketed by the DrawTite brand. But it is the same hitch.

For the pickup, the frame hole pattern is the same. This is illustrated in the image, and further confirmed in the application listing, also in the image.
