Keyless lock stopped working

Keyless lock stopped working
First world problem. Maybe even 1/2th world problem. I know.
BUT I paid for it, and it worked.
I dropped my truck off at an airport valet parking lot (The Parking Spot) Thursday morning. It worked when I got in before driving to said place.
Picked up Sunday evening. Did not work when I got back to the hotel.
Sometimes a coincidence is just a coincidence. I know. But it seems really weird.
I've looked through the settings and can't find an option to en- or dis-able the function.
To be clear, this is the option where the door unlocks when you grab the handle, and locks when you touch the button on the outside of the handle (front doors in both cases).
Is this another dealer-centric issue or is it something simple I can fix.
I know, I'm a wimp. Having to take the fob out of my pocket each time I want to lock or un-lock the door is really wearing on me. I may need to call 911 next time I need to get in and it's under 20° or over 80° out.

I haven't tried it after parking it in our heated garage overnight. Will check later.

A possibility I guess, although I don't know why that feature would be turned off before the remote ones (through the app).
We were gone for a couple weeks in December and I got a message on the app that the remote features were being disabled. after not being started for about 10 days. This time it was parked less than 5 days and I never got a message.

Well, I didn't do anything.
Tried it after parking in our heated garage overnight, still didn't work.
Tried it after driving around for an hour in teens to 20s °F weather, worked. Still working 2 days later at 10°F.
