1993 F150 5.0L: Cannot get washer fluid on the windshield. Jump the washer pump to the battery and you get good fluid flow to the glass. So the pump works and hoses and nozzles are clear. Tested voltage at pump plug and got 11.4 volts. Wipers seem to work well at all speeds. Thoughts please.

I would suspect the washer switch.
Is your washer switch in the multi function switch, on the steering column stalk, or on the dash?
Second suspect would be ground connection, especially if you provided a battery ground when you tested the pump.
The washer pump ground might be (EDIT): Is... right near the reservoir, on the upper driver's side corner of the radiator support.
Get a 12V test light and connect it to the washer pump plug. With the key on, push the washer switch. Is there power at the connector? No? Go to the multifunction switch. Is there power out of the switch when pushing the switch?
How did you apply power from the battery? Did you disconnect the plug and run both power and ground back to the battery or ran power to the positive side of the connector with it still plugged into the pump?
