What is this?
R&R rear bumper on my 2020 350.This bracket bolts to the hitch but is "fastened" to the bumper with push pins. Does anybody know what it's for?

That looks like the sleeve that goes over the hitch to hold the trailer brake away hooks.

They're just 4 holes two with bolts and 2 with pins. The holes are not big enough.

It just ties the plastic bumper cover to the hitch

It's the stiffener for the two bumper shells. It helps keep everything aligned.
