Hey Jason, check out my gallery I put a photo of a IAC motor & housing. the motor itself can be removed from the housing with small screws but make sure you dont loose the O-ring after removing screws.
Standing in front of truck look to the right of the upper intake and you should see it, it will have a couple of wires running to it and it takes a #10 metric 1/4 drive socket to remove the 2 bolts from intake once off you can then remove the motor from housing by taking out the 2 small screws for a better cleaning, just reverse the order and put it back, hopefully this will cure your problems.
