Truck was having a cold no start problem for a while so I loaded the parts cannon, ( was going to replace soon anyway truck has 325k ). But after install having so problems, it died a few times and ran rough but that wasn’t anything I wasn’t expecting. Now it feels down on power and has what feels like throttle surge. I got to looking and noticed that I don’t have any icp voltage, I haven’t checked at the plug yet but still thought that was interesting. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. All new Motorcraft gaskets and o-rings.
Picture is at idle
Did you replace the sensor? Is it connected? Did the wiring possibly get damaged? With a zero volt reading, the PCM is using and reporting an inferred ICP value.
Where did you buy your parts from (especially the HPOP, ICP, and IPR - if you replaced the IPR)?
hpop is a cnc fabrication stage 1 from power driven diesel. The icp was “replaced” by the previous owner but did look like it had a new pig tail, the Ipr is still stock but tested good. Going to try and get to the plug today. I don’t need to tell you how fun that’s going to be 🤦. How much voltage should I see at the plug?

The ICP voltage at KOEO should be between .18 and .2 volts. It takes a bit over .8 volts (equates to apprx 500 psi) for the engine to start.
