That front crossbar with the hitch looks welded to the frame.
Can you see any marking or labels on the leaf springs?
that hitch is tack welded. No clue what I was used for but I plan to remove it. Can’t see any labels on the leaf springs. So would it be as simple as just replacing them and the pitman arm to get it back to stock?

sorta. you will need stock springs, stock pivot drop bracket, and stock pitman arm to bring front back to stock.
for rear, either remove the lift blocks between axle and spring and shorter stock u-bolts, or if no blocks new stock springs and spring u bolts.
