Dad calls them pork t-bones. I cut them and toss them with greens. It looks like any other food order from Panda Express. I can get 4 take out size servings from 2 chops. That's really stretching the dollar.

I wonder what the computer's VIN will read. If that doesn't match your truck, will you have problems with the smog inspection?

I am guessing that they swapped the computer along with the engine. Probably from the same donor truck.
The dash display doesn't have it's own memory. It's only showing what the computer has in memory.
Plug in an OBD2 reader, and see what the VIN reads.
If the OBD2 reads a different VIN, the truck will have to go to a smog referee. It should not be a big deal. People swap engines all the time.

I would guess they swapped the computer that came with the engine. Makes sense to me. I will find out once I take it in to see if all the codes have been changed.

Chinatown pork chops. Common on menus when I was a kid. A lot of places served it off menu. You just asked and they made it.
Smokey hot cast iron. Sear both sides. Add soy sauce. Very easy. Fairly edible. It won't kill you.

I'm dizzy. My head is spinning. Like it's my birthday, but not.
I guess people don't take it for granted that I usually have food when they are hungry.
Not1, but 2 packages of eel. And 2 tri tips. I just have to step back, and do nothing. The tri tips were processed into strip steak and stir fry meat. The eel was warmed up and plated. My job is to enjoy the $$$ meal that a restaurant would have charged. Sushi cost a fortune. You can only imagine what Benihana prices are.
