Coughing (?) when starting? Please help!
I have a 96 7.3L and every time I start the truck it kind of coughs like it isn’t getting enough fuel but I’ve replaced the fuel bowl twice, new tanks, and all three new pumps. I can’t find out why it’s doing it, I assume it’s not being primed correctly but idk how to fix that.
