2012 F250 MFS Connection Problems

Had headlights not turning on a few weeks ago. Came to this forum and tracked the problem back to the multifunction switch which had come partially disconnected from the board that it is plugged into. The threads that the MFS is screwed into are cracked in some places and missing in other. Any chance anyone knows what the MFS is plugged into so I can replace it?

Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) I believe 2011-13 and maybe 14 are the same, after that ford changed how the high beam and flash to pass worked.
