After. Overlook the sanding dust still on the stuff reattached after the job. I cant wash it for another day. Im very happy with how well it turned out
I’ll have to admit, that looks better than I thought! Looks nice actually!
Good luck with it. Hope it lasts.
Yes the bed is the same color as the truck, but this is color matched spray in bed liner to protect the bed. He color matched the liner instead of the standard black.
Looks good on his light colored truck.

Yes, it actually does look good... But, on my red truck I thought it looked a bit ... OFF... Thus a black bed color matches most other colors... IMO

His looks good, me personally, no matter the truck color, I’m with you, black it is.
But with that said, I’ll soon be covering up the black spray in liner with a grey full Bed Rug, so go figure.
Not sure what to say other than he added the bed liner and wanted the same color.
Anyway, have a great night.
I think what @longhaultransport was getting at is that. If the painted bed already matches, why wouldn't a matched spray in liner look good as well?
I was going to do a matched liner on my bed, but the aux tank arrived before the needed material for the liner. I actually don't care about bed scratches. It's an aluminum bed and before I sell, I can remove the tank and get a liner and it will look brand new.
Thanks all for your feedback. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well the final product turned out. This truck will not be a "Sunday School" truck. I have a small farm and am an avid hunter. This bed will be used as intended and will certainly earn a few battle scars. But that doesn't mean it can't dress up on occasion. Come fall, when firewood and 8 pointers are due to add some stains and bruises, I think I'll add a rubber mat.
I started this thread because I haven't seen a similar one, and though it might be a source for others to share their feedback. For the right truck and color, I think it's a neat customization option. In my case, I think the Gold works well. But I can see where blues and reds may turn out as overkill. I hope to provide updates down the road as far as durability and visual appeal.
Not my cup of tea but if you like it that's all that matters. Post some pics up after you've used the truck bed, would love to see how it holds up to that and the sun baking on it as well.
