Car2U opener

My 2013 F 350 has a Car2U garage door visor button. Car2U is not compatible with Chamberlain openers, only home link. They no longer make the repeater to allow it to work. Is there a way to install a home link in my truck or possibly a visor from another year that had Home Link? Any suggestions advice from other owners who have had this problem would be appreciated.

I think these repeaters pop up occasionally on eBay, though they maybe used, I suggest you just keep searching for one.
