Crank no start after fuel filter replace
96 f350, just replaced fuel filters on e fuel system. I did not install it someone before me did. Once I replaced them I ran it for about 5 minutes idling until it started missing really bad and shut off.
One thing I didnt do is fill the filters up before installing them so I tryed that still nothing. I also tried priming the fuel pump by cycling ignition for 30 seconds 8 times and that didnt work either. Ive tried bleeding the system by loosening the fuel line right before it goes to the injectors but I couldnt seem tk get any fuel to come out of it.
Im not very firmiliar with the aftermaret fuel system so Im not sure what to do next or what to try replaceing.

Do you know if this is a kit someone installed or maybe some sort of DIY system? It may be useful to share some pictures or information about the aftermarket system, what parts were used, and how they’re arranged.

Do you uave fuel in the tank? At least 1/2 tank to compensate for bad pickup in the tank. Can you hear the pump running? I'd start at the first filter and work forward from there until you get fuel to the engine.
