Last week I had my truck stall out at an intersection. Just die completely. At first I thought it stalled even though it’s an automatic which it’s done before, but it would not start at all. No click, no sounds and no lights. Everything running directly to my battery is working but besides that I have no lights or anything else. I went through a puddle before that which got everything wet. All my fuses are good and I cleaned every connection in my engine bay. I belive my ignition key might be bad. Any ideas?
X2 go to the starter solenoid mounted on the passenger side inner fenderwell. And insp the wire bundle just down from it and in that area. Look for a orange tab on a black wire that says Fusible Link. Get a hold of the wire and feel it to be bumpy or stretchy.
