wire identification

2006 F150:
I have a relay added under my dash(under steering wheel). It is spliced into the RED WIRE WITH A BLUE STRIPE. Can someone tell me what this wire is?

Red w/blue USED TO BE full-time 12V for a Cigarette lighter or power port. Verify with a meter/test light!
