4x4 stuck
I have a 2001 f250 with the 7.3 Powerstroke and 4x4 never worked the whole time I've owned it and all the sudden after being parked for half a day it automatically locked itself in four low and is now stuck there. It has the shift on the fly switch and was wondering where to start looking for the issue first.

Auto or manual transmission? If auto you have to shift the transmission to N the turn the switch from 4Lo to anything else. Then you can pick you gear and should be out of Lo. If not I'd check the fuses and relays for 4wd.
