Love to see but,
Looks like another unibody to me
When the Aerostar first came out (in 1986) we had to add frame plates with big rivets to fix their weak spots Never buy the first year of anything is what I have learned over the years
The 83 Thunderchicken and the 86 Taurus no exception
New vehicles these days are even worse for initial quality and bugs IMO
They change things every 6 weeks, so wait about half a year then order one
Makes you wonder
Did Ford even road test the Godzilla motors?
Wondered that with the V10s too when they came out we saw so many twisted cranks
All sorted out now (years later)
Those do look very much "uni-body-like" don't they?
I find it fascinating with the claimed acceptance of the Transit, the supposed successor and replacement for the E-Series, Ford would be developing something that would compete with them under their own banner? I have a few customers who have either kept their E-350's & E-450's or went GM when the full frame vans were eliminated.
Sadly these videos don't show me anything to initially raise too much interest so far.
Looks like a design study on an extended Bronco platform along the lines of a Flex. It doesn’t have the interior height to serve any commercial purpose. That’s a long wheelbase for not a lot of cargo volume. Watch it sell like crazy.

The first "watch" will be if it ever reaches actually being manufactured!
It looks like they took the mini hood, front doors, and sides of an Econoline van and slapped on the F-150 grille, headlights and tail lights....I like it!!!
Someone’s playing with Photoshop. It’s either electric or has a transverse inline engine. Maybe they found a stash of Cologne V4s. The fender bulges continue to the front doors which means a narrow opening or complex hinges.
Doesn't look like a unibody to me...This is an E350 for a cab & Chassis setup, they also said this is the same for the E450. I can't find anything on a 150 or 250.
