Decode my vin please
Welcome to FTE. This forum deals with the larger trucks and you'll get more info on your truck here.
There is a problem with your VIN.
The 3rd character should be a number, either 0 or 1 for your model year.
The serialized number D58703 is for model year 1968, not 1966.
The transmission is not indicated in the VIN. Does the truck have a warranty plate on the driver door? And does that VIN agree with the title?
With the VIN, here is what we have:
F60 = F600 gas, 4x2 (assumes F60 instead of F6D)
C = 330 2V MD FT gas V8 (Medium Duty, uses a cast crank and FE oil pump drive and other FE bits)
O = This is for the assembly plant and there is no plant with "O" as the code.
D58703 = 1968 numerical series, July 1968 production
The biggest concerns on these are wheels and brakes.
Read up on wheels and take a good look at what's on it.

Does it run, stop, turn etc?

Look at the engine and see if the intake manifold extends under the valve covers.
Do the plugs angle like so: //\\
2BBL carb?
2 bolts at each exhaust port, and 2 more bolts lower on the exhaust manifold in the center of the manifold?
If it were mine and I need a clutch, I would take it apart and duplicate what's in there now.
You should probably have the flywheel resurfaced while you're doing the job.
